Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time (after processing) is 8 to 12 business days, though this may vary depending on your destination within Australia. Deliveries to regional and remote areas, including parts of WA, NT, QLD and TAS, may take longer. Delivery may also be delayed for the following reasons:

• Peak seasons (holidays, major sales events)
• Public holidays
• Customs processing

Shipping Method and Origin
